I'll be able to make flour out of anything.

I just ordered a Country Living Grain Mill with all the accessories except the electric motor and the lids. It can handle dry beans.

For small quantities, i've found that my spinning-blade type coffee grinder can make flour out of just about anything short of those abrasive ceramic triangles you put in vibratory tumblers. I've used it mostly for oats and legumes.

we've got a dedicated one that does coffee only. wiping out the others in between spice grinds is pretty easy.
