I want a challenging jigsaw puzzle.

2,000 standard shape pieces, all solid white, identical on both sides. Once I finish it, I want to mount it between a couple plates of glass a few inches in front of a mirror.

that doesn't sound challenging, it sounds tedious. I don't see the point in such "exhaustive search" problems myself.

that said, the finished version mounted behind glass sounds nifty. You could just get a random 2000 piece puzzle and attack it with decent acrylic paint.

how about a "white" 2000 piece puzzle, that when viewed under blacklight, actually shows something interesting? and visual confirmation you "did it right" :)
