These are politics I'm familiar with. Although to me the rioting sounds justified by police illegally killing somebody they didn't like. Looked like he was reaching for a gun, huh? I can't imagine anybody thinking that would be a good idea while surrounded by armed police. Video recording everything but what the police are doing?
