They put sugar in BACON

I just went through about 25 different kinds of bacon at my small grocery store. ONE didn't have "sugar" included.

Dinner: One avocado, half a pound of bacon.

I need to get muffin trays to make these (egg + bacon + whatever).

oh yeah, i posted those egg "muffins" a while ago. they look awesome. i have not made one yet.

yeah, bacon curing often involves sugar. esp brown sugar and maple.
