Went for a walk in my neighborhood, an hour and fifty minutes

Didn't plan it out, just went wandering. As I was walking I started thinking it might be fun to try to find a loop around behind my house. An hour in I started thinking that might take a very long time. Shortly after, I realized part of what I just walked was a loop, and headed home.

Several people said "hi", or waved, which was nice.

Saw a kid ride out of his driveway on a motocross type bike, and into the woods. I think it's awesome I live where that happens.

Turns out the shortest loop behind my house is 6.3 miles. I think that's pretty cool. With a couple additional decoy loops. Shortest loop in front of my house is 4.0 miles. Need to walk more in my neighborhood.

It was 73°F when I left. I'm really going to miss that.

I walked more in the few weeks we had a dog. I find it helps me to have some kind of external motivation for those kinds of treks.
