  1. Throw ~2.5 pounds of pork steak on a George Foreman grill.
  2. Chop tops off 3 bunches of broccoli, put in pot with water, steamer basket, and lid. Make hot.
  3. Walk out to barn, do 5 reps of overhead squats.
  4. Scramble 4 eggs in olive oil.
  5. Coarsely chop a cup of walnuts.
  6. Cut pork to bite size.
  7. Throw everything in a big container, slather with olive oil, and mix.
  8. Add garlic salt / salt to taste.
