I would appreciate feedback / testing.
I have found these daily goals much easier to work with than aiming directly for the final goal and completely failing to maintain a constant / healthy rate of weight loss.

Yesterday I went on a two hour hike in the Blue Hills with these people: http://www.bostonhiking.com/
Lots of trees, lots of rocks, lots of elevation change. It was beautiful. It was hard.
I still haven't decided if running the day before was a bad idea, but I don't think so. I was more scared of falling out of the habit of running than having problems hiking. I think I recovered enough that it didn't affect my ability to hike. Water is a wonderful thing.

When I got to the gym thismorning to lift, I was told at the front desk that the downstairs (which includes all of the weight lifting equipment) was closed. Something about a building inspector and renovations. They suggested I call back thisafternoon to find out when it will open again. I'm wondering if I can get them to arrange for me to lift at Bally's at Porter until they fix their shit.
